To the Children of Chidrens
Generation of the Children of Children’s
Children do what you do
More than doing what you say
Everyone seem to know and can do
Can’t be threatened by winds of May
What if we live in a world
Where a child of 12 gives birth
What if we live in a world
Where the infancy abuses their right
Winds blew and there was dust
Then African conscience was polluted
The mind forgot the must
Then we fail to budget with sense
Cry the beloved
Our brothers rustled and died
Mingled and Muzzled
For education they died
What shall we say then brethren
Something is never recognized
Until it is spent in vain
African Child be informed
